so one more time were looking for a childrens illustrated picture book about a man who grows a chimney out of his head

i pleed to my fellow tumblrs to help me track down a book its a rather old childrens story/picture book its kinda dark its in colour and yeh basically the guy grows a chimney out of his head and has to have sawn of i think it was caused by too much smoking plz help post if u have leads or even better if u have the book
